Refund and Exchange Policy

Our refund and exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange, item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. Expiry should not be erased. Bottle cap seal must also beintact as the original packaging. If such conditions are met, we will bear the courier charges from the exchange of the product.

If the customer wishes to exchange the product or the seal of the bottle cap is opened (which is not due to error from distributor), customer will have to bear the courier charges.

Refunds:

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refunded item. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and credited automatically in your given account or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Delayed refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact us at info@importedvitamins.com , it may take some time before your refund is officially proceeded.

Sale items:

Products “On Sale” or “Special discount offer’s” would not be refund or exchanged.
